- Creation of the company’s sustainability framework and strategy
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders through a Double Materiality, SDG and high-level Risk assessment.
- Surveys and interviews to baseline and establish an understanding of company’s current positioning and gaps.
- Strategic guidance in accordance with GRI, SDGs, GCC ESG Disclosures, UNGC and IFC.
- Workshop facilitation for capacity building of internal teams.
Results
- Sustainability report creation in accordance with GRI and GCC ESG Disclosure, while being informed by SDGs, UNGC and IFC and UNGC principles.
- Identification and quidance of SDG champions
- Supporting and guiding the internal ESG team to independently manage sustainability initiatives while effectively communicating with the rest of the business.
