  • Surveys and interviews to baseline and establish an understanding of company’s current positioning and gaps.
  • Strategic guidance in accordance with GRI, SDGs, GCC ESG Disclosures, UNGC and IFC.
  • Workshop facilitation for capacity building of internal teams.

Results

  • Sustainability report creation in accordance with GRI and GCC ESG Disclosure, while being informed by SDGs, UNGC and IFC and UNGC principles.
  • Identification and quidance of SDG champions
  • Supporting and guiding the internal ESG team to independently manage sustainability initiatives while effectively communicating with the rest of the business.
